Sustainability has always been at the forefront of Bean and Goose. Their single-origin cocoa is ethically sourced from Pacific Cloud Forest on the edge of the Cotacachi Cayapas Nature Reserve in the Esmeraldas Province, Ecuador.
A delicious combination of Achill Island Sea Salt which is Pure Irish sea salt harvested from the wild Atlantic waters of Achill Island and Connemara Seaweed - a combination of Sweet Kelp, Dillisk and Kombu Kelp.
The Seaweed is sourced off the Connemara coast. It is hand-harvested, dried then milled, nothing added, nothing is taken away. It is 100% certified organic.
