Bean and Goose work with many inspirational Irish producers to flavour their chocolate, such as Tara Hill Honey, Connemara Organic Seaweed Company, Highbank Orchards, Oriel Sea Salt and Achill Island Sea Salt. The result is delicious chocolate in an exciting range of bold flavours.
Sustainability has always been at the forefront of Bean and Goose. Their single-origin cocoa is ethically sourced from Pacific Cloud Forest on the edge of the Cotacachi Cayapas Nature Reserve in the Esmeraldas Province, Ecuador.
Bean and Goose use Teeling whiskey smoked Oriel smoked sea salt in the making of this boldly flavoured bar. Oriel, use their kiln-dried mineral sea salt and 90-year-old Nicauraguan oak kegs freshly emptied from handcrafted Teeling Irish whiskey to create this incredible powerhouse of flavour.
Oriel Sea Salt is located at Port Oriel, metres from the seashore in the village of Clogherhead in Co. Louth.
