Bean and Goose work with many inspirational Irish producers to flavour their chocolate, such as Tara Hill Honey, Connemara Organic Seaweed Company, Highbank Orchards, Oriel Sea Salt and Achill Island Sea Salt. The result is delicious chocolate in an exciting range of bold flavours.
Sustainability has always been at the forefront of Bean and Goose. Their single-origin cocoa is ethically sourced from Pacific Cloud Forest on the edge of the Cotacachi Cayapas Nature Reserve in the Esmeraldas Province, Ecuador.
Bean and Goose use *Oriel sea salt in the making of this delicious bar. Soaking crunchy almonds with oriel sea salt enhances the flavour tremendously.
Once they have soaked the almonds, they are gently roasted in a low oven with a light sprinkle of Irish Atlantic Sea Salt. This makes them slightly crispy, have a nice texture, and taste amazing!
